Artificial Landscapes

As part of the E17 Art Trail 2006 (September 2nd - 9th), these paintings formed a site-specific installation in the Vestry House Museum Garden in Walthamstow, East London.

The 15 paintings were placed around the garden and were left subject to the same conditions as the natural landscape around them for the 10 days of the trail. The consequent weathering process became an integral part of each composition.
